Cancellation & Refund Policy

Donations made to Dada Sailani Sarkar Trust are strictly voluntary and non-refundable, except in the case of technical errors leading to duplicate donations.

2. Exception for Duplicate Donations

Refunds will be considered only in cases where a donor has been charged multiple times for the same donation due to technical glitches on our website or payment gateway. To request a refund for a duplicate donation:

  • Contact us at dadasailanisarkartrust@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Provide details of the duplicate transactions, including transaction IDs, dates, and amounts.
  • We will verify the duplicate charges and process the refund within 10-15 business days.

3. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method used for the donation. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. No Refunds for Other Cases

Except for the case of duplicate donations as mentioned above, no refunds will be provided for any donations made to Dada Sailani Sarkar Trust. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Donations made in error (unless duplicate as above).
  • Change of mind after making a donation.
  • Donations made with incorrect payment details.

5. Donation Allocation

All valid donations are allocated to our charitable programs and activities in accordance with our mission and objectives. Once allocated, these funds are committed to our projects and cannot be reversed.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
